Shortly after enlisting into the Naval service, Jed purchased his first investment property at age 19 and has since been involved in real estate. While initially utilizing his VA Loan to purchase multi-family properties himself, he began his real estate services career in 2010 while serving on active-duty, assisting fellow service members to purchase property with their VA Loans.
“I was shocked that all these young men and women had access to the BEST [VA] loan product available during a time when real estate was on the greatest sale ever, and yet most of them weren’t seizing the opportunity! I felt compelled to help show them what was possible.” he said.
Upon his honorable discharge in 2014, Jed shifted his focus to full-time real estate service and sales, continuing to serve both military and civilian clienteles.
With over 80% of his business coming from repeat clients or referrals from past-clients, his service and results speak for themselves.
Jamile Storck (co-founder) is also an active real estate investor and has been active as a licensed Realtor® since 2012 when she shifted gears in her professional focus from her Brazil-based stone exporting business to work alongside Jed in serving the local San Diego real estate market.
With her past business experience and knowledge of residential construction and exotic stone, Jamile has an edge in assessing a property’s potential and implementing creative ideas for improving value.

I became passionate about real estate as I witnessed Jed purchasing investments and helping fellow military members take control of their financial standing through owning real estate.” Jamile says.
