Jed Bratt (founder) is an 8-year Navy veteran, a California Real Estate Broker, Realtor® and an active real estate investor both in California and out-of-state.
Shortly after enlisting into the Naval service, Jed purchased his first investment property at age 19 and has since been involved in real estate. While initially utilizing his VA Loan to purchase multi-family properties himself, he began his real estate services career in 2010 while serving on active-duty, assisting fellow service members to purchase property with their VA Loans.
